Do I need prior Pilates Experience?
No. Classes are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced clients, with options provided to match your level.
What should I bring to class?
A positive attitude, comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. Mats and equipment are provided unless stated otherwise.
What’s the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses bodyweight and floor-based exercises, while reformer Pilates uses a machine with springs to add resistance and support.
Do you offer 1:1 sessions?
Yes. One-to-one sessions are available for personalised support, focused goals, or injury-aware movement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. I will do all I can to have you scheduled into another class.
How often should I do Pilates?
Most people benefit from 1–3 sessions per week, depending on goals, lifestyle, and recovery needs.
What if I have a health condition or am pregnant?
Please inform me before class so appropriate adaptations can be made, and ensure you have medical clearance where required.
